The property manager Karla Yost is very unprofessional and is constantly pretending you have not been in communication with her until you finally carbon copy her supervisor on the email correspondence. I would not recommend this company.

A Horrific Experience-



When we review the place we wanted to rent, the walls were dirty, there were different colors of paint, some nail holes, obvious wear to the carpet however, the house was in the neighborhood we wanted and was close to work.



We took about 400 pictures of all of the discrepancies prior to moving in our belonging. We documented everything, to include the stains in the garage floor.



At move out they tried to say we added the discrepancies to our own check sheet after move in and they attempted to blame us for the dirty walls, holes, and even the stains in the garage. I was prepared to take them to court and sue for the deposit X2, but when confronted with the digitally dated photos, we received our deposit.



Avoid the fight and unprofessional/unethical business practices, if you rent, don't use Sac Delta.
