I assigned two judgments. The first one was a small claims case from a guy who bought a car from me and never paid the second half. I didn't know where he worked, lived or anything other than his name. They tracked him down and found that he was working as an electrician for a small business that was trying to cover for him. After months dealing with them the employer sent a check to cover the full amount of the judgment. Needless to say I would not have been able to collect myself.



The second judgment was a bigger civil case and they found the debtor's bank accounts and safe deposit boxes, seized themx. A few days later the debtor walked into the sheriff's department and made out a check for the full amount of the judgment.



They are very experienced and immediately knew how they were going to go about enforcing the judgments. I never had to pay anything out of pocket and I would have never been able to collect on my own.
