“Unethical- Warning they will give our your personal information.” - I had been referred by another barbershop whom had a pleasant experience. I purchased 8 chairs, and they arrived. I was very happy and all had gone well. UNTIL THE FOLLOWING WEEK I FIND OUT BRENNEN / BRENDAN (sp?) FROM GAVE GLP AKA SALON GUYS GAVE OUT MY NAME, ORDER INFO, PRICE PAID, ETC. TO A SHADY SUPPLY STORE TRYING TO MAKE A DEAL AND BECOME THE LOCAL DISTRIBUTOR. Be warned they share personal information and with how identity theft is out there, DONT RISK IT. Order with another company.

I am the owner of a salon and purchased a hair sink that had several issues and did not work correctly. The customer service from this company is terrible and they refused to fix an issue that was clearly a product malfunction. The "30 day" return policy is useless and there should be exceptions for issues with product when it is the company and manufacturer's fault for malfunctioning products. When I told them there was an issue, they just sent me another hose, after I told them it was the entire bowl that needed to be replaced. I was then told that my stylists weren't using the sink correctly, which is a complete insult. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS!

I purchased a desk from this company and it was damage poor communication and they never handle it they never even bother to send another desk don't waste your money damage stuff and they don't care
