I have known Sergio for many years. Before meeting him at his shop in the Capitol Mall, I was using other shoe repair services typically getting shoe repairs looking funny and paying the price for a new pair of shoes, I could buy at Nordstrom rack. The situation changed with Sergio - he repaired several pairs of shoes for my whole family, replaced the zippers for our bags to name a few. What is different between him and others beside his master ship and attention to detail is that he has always suggested and done things that would make the shoes look like new whether special dye, cleaner or polish or the type of sole that would make my Italian shoes feel more comfortable.

I highly recommend Sergio for the accuracy and quality of work, delivery, and for his good sense of humor and politeness as well.
