Great place to live for the money. Property is old and outdated but the grounds are well maintained and has an on site manager who is always available. The complex is small and quiet.most of the time. There's a Chinese restaurant right across the street and a Starbucks around the corner. Convenient to I-5 Best part only 16 units so there are no vacancies sorry.
