Love the excellent customer service and care the employees take with our bags! My husband's precious golf clubs arrived to and from in tacked!

They mishandled my bag so bad the metal bars were bent on the inside that my handle wouldn't go up and my zipper was ripped off like the hung my bag by the zipper from a hook. When I complained and showed them my bag at the desk they said that it wasn't covered by them.

They have never lost a bag yet! Everything is always there, Nothing missing! Thanks for getting our stuff to Vegas
