The driver of vehicle 278 was driving distracted. He was almost the exit and cut off someone to get to an exit. Then while having his left turn signal on, he changed right lanes in front of me cutting me off and crossing into the far right lane to make a right turn at the light. When I attempted to call the company and report his behavior their phone went to an answering machine and then their voice mail box is full.
