Absolutely terrible experience trying to sell a sofa with them. It took him days to get back to my initial inquiry. Had it cleaned per Lou’s request and paid $75 in shipping. He called as soon as it arrived calling it filthy and he could not sell it in that condition. I said fine then have it delivered back to us. He said no because he never signed a contract so he is not responsible in any way. I just paid $75 to have it delivered!! He wanted it gone or to pay another cleaning service yet again to have it cleaned. He takes 50% cut but is unwilling to help in any way. Repeatedly called complaining about how dirty the sofa was and how he couldn’t sell it and how it was taking up too much space in his warehouse and it needed to be gone by Monday. He did not like the sofa without the throw pillows, it was too deep, the list went on. He came up with plenty of excuses. I asked him to please understand the tough situation I was in having already spent that much money to get it to the store in the first place. I am glad to be done with interacting with Lou and his rude and unhelpful attitude. At least he helped load it into the truck. I would give the store no stars if I could. I got the sofa back and it is not dirty in any way, smells clean, just dusty from sitting in his warehouse. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Really nice store with lots of quality inventory at super good prices. I found something I wanted but it already had a sold tag. I left my name and number in case something similar came in and he owner called me a few weeks later and told me the original purchaser did not come to pick up the item I wanted. The item was not that expensive and I was impressed that he took the time to call me.

This was the first time I had ever used a consignment store and the experience was great. I was able to sell my Fathers solid wood desk that was in great shape but was not needed by anyone else in my family. The experience was seamless and some one got a great deal as did I, not having to deal with the crazies on craigslist!

Define the word "Upscale" please.
And which standard would you be using for the bar, the a base, or the litmus.
