If you've ever been curios about HOW NOT TO RUN A BUSINESS, want tips on providing TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE or just are interested on how to NEVER GET CLIENT REFERRALS.... Affordable Auto Care is the place to go.

Recommendation? I recommend that you find a service center other than Affordable Auto Care. Professionalism does not include: 1) Sending most calls, whether they be potential, referred and existing customer callers to voicemail, 2) Sending said callers to a full voicemail that cannot accept new messages, 3) Abstaining from communicating with car owners regarding repairs being made, and, most importantly, 4) Being Shady.



No company worth recommending to others loses sight of industry ethics to increase their profits. ie: ordering parts without the vehicle owner's knowledge, completing work on a vehicle that has not been authorized, charging customers for additional services that were not previously agreed upon, etc.
