BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

They were cutting down the trees of my neighbor and they never talked to us about it or communicated with us. While doing their job, they broke off a huge branch of my tree which fell in my yard and destroyed my bench and other plants. Even, then for another 30 mins, they never reported such thing. When I finally saw it in my yard, I approached them to talk to them. They denied all responsibility and even asked me money to clean it up. All I wanted then was to clean up the mess they made in my yard. Still, they denied to do it. They told me that it isn't their responsibility as I have no proof of them doing it. They were standing right next to my fallen tree chopping down the neighbor's tree. The blamed the tree for being old and rotten. The tree was fine with all flowers and leaves and healthy branches which were seeping. The owner of the tree service didn't attend to my complaint and left the premises without cleaning my yard. I had to cut down the huge branch of the tree myself with a help of a friend.
