This is the worst place i have ever lived in my life. Drug infested. Fighting between the tenants. I woke up to a brawl on my front yard more than once and it was always over drugs. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE.

I lived here before and let me tell you this place sucks. Too many drugs and too much drama. If you're not careful people will steal everything you own. Nothing is safe here not even you. Be very careful if you choose to live here. Make sure you have everything and I mean everything in writing. Keep all your rent receipts. Never pay in cash. Use a money order. This is a horrible place to live. If you have small children or any children for that matter don't live here. The manager is a child molester. He has been arrested for it.

This place is a drug infested hole.

The Manager is crooked his family and Friends are all drug addicts that go through and steal everything not nailed down they will even siphion your gas in your car every night when the residents are sleeping the assistant manager does the utilities and skims money the maitanence man shoots cats with a paintball gun they are all skumbags and thieves the Owner knows but doesn't care.

This is a dump!
