Dev Patel is highly qualified and knowledgeable when it comes to providing quality based services. As an RN, I often see pending paperwork for services we are yet to be reimbursed for, and a day in the life of a healthcare provider can be very hectic. Neither doctors nor nurses can find time to manage delinquent accounts, which is where Dev comes in. He has a background in healthcare and is amazing at what he does. He was very professional and informative when it came to Revenue management, and would notify patients of their medical services, itemized bills, all while being HIPPA compliant. Both our staff and myself are impressed with his promptness and efficiency. I would highly recommend him !!
