I had a microwave installed today. They were suppose to arrive between 11am-1pm. It was 20 minutes to 1pm and called asking if they would arrive before 1pm because I had to leave after to pick up my daughter from school. The man on the phone says they were running late from their previous job but would arrive before 1pm. They did not show up til 1:30pm. The guy who came did not apologize for running late. He placed his tools all over my stove without covering it first. He went out to his truck and when he came back in he slammed the door accidentally into my child's scooter and did not apologize. He seemed to know what he was doing with the install because he quickly installed the microwave with ease. He then tested the microwave by taking a mug off my counter without permission or checking if it was microwave safe. I asked him if he checked the mug was microwave safe he said no and then checked. (luckily it was) I then proceeded to tell him he should ask first before taking the mug for testing out of courtesy. He then brought the paperwork out to sign without apologizing again. Then he was on his way after telling me to have a good one. So as far as I can say, the job was done correctly, however, they have terrible customer service, promptness, and were not professional at all.

They have a great showroom and appliances to suit all tastes and budgets. If you're looking for high-end or economical; they have it available in stock most likely. Also, the staff is very friendly, honest and professional. Great business!

Tech came out to perform a repair on my dryer that had gone bad. He gave an honest assessment and told me it would be better to replace the unit than repair it because it was so old. I appreciated the honesty instead of him taking advantage of me charging me to repair a dryer that just wasn't worth it. Showed up on time, looked like he knew what he was doing.
