Horrible management! Very rude and disrespectful, all they care about is money, once you pay they don't care about you and your needs. Don't bother doing open bar because the bartender will only offer your guest beer and wine! They have me wrinkled linen which I had to steam myself, they put different colored linen instead of the colors I asked for. I had to ask for everything such as a place card table and a cake table with the correct colored linen. It was ridiculous what I had to go through on the day of my event. Never recommending this place and neither are any of my guest!

Went here for a wedding recently, and the staff here did a really great job. The food was really excellent, and our waiter was very attentive, polite, and helpful. The dance floor was good, with interesting lighting effects. Talking with some of the other wedding guests, it seems like they had a good time, all in all a great success....

One of the best place to host any event, Loved the food this past sunday, Attended a 1st birth day party it was amazing - Everything was perfect in Le-Versailles room. Host steve is one of my best friend and it was his daughter's party. He was very happy. Great place.

Best place - Just had an event this weekend on 11/17/2014. We were very pleased with everything. The food, service and atmosphere everything was good and beyond our expectation.

Thank you to Victor and the staff of the Excelsior for making our wedding day an unforgettable night! Our guests still talk about how much fun they had that night. Our wedding was October 5, 2014 and I still get calls and text messages about the great service and amazing food! From the moment we booked the venue for our wedding, Victor was always there to answer any questions, he was accommodating to our requests and gave us his input on ideas we had. The wedding day was AMAZING! From the moment we arrived at the Excelsior, the staff and Victor made sure we had everything and anything we wanted, my husband and I truly felt like VIP’s. The staff was polite, smiling and very attentive to our guests and us! Victor was there the whole night, just standing in the background, making sure everything went as planned. That’s superb service! If you are looking for an elegant 5 star wedding venue, this is the place! THNAK YOU EXCELSIOR, Victor and the staff we had a great time!!

One of the best place - Last night I have attended our college Safire Ball event, We had a great time. OMG the food was the best - Penne with Vodka sauce was amazing, Best food ever experienced. Amazing atmosphere and the best bar tender - Entertain the crowd on the Bar - Christina the Bar tender was great and German - They took care all of us. Great Experience. Many of us are already thinking to consider this place for our wedding venue. Great job.

Beautiful Place and highly professionalism from office staff to the server. Just had an event - not a single bad experience, I would recommend this place to anyone, In this business you can not please everyone because there is always one person who can not be pleased or convinced.
