Dealing with a family member's death is never easy. I thought I could plan a Memorial Service. When it came down to all the little details, I realized I was too emotionally vested & needed help. I contacted Kugler. I spoke w/ Chris initially; so sweet, comforting & totally understood where I was coming from & what my tensions were. I had received an e-mail from Bobby. They helped me tremendously every step of the way! The Service would not be held at their location. They provided a proper Military service, helped with the obituary, prayer cards, thank you cards, guest book, etc. All of the little things that come up as the day came closer, they had the answer and helped. They were overall just amazing! There's not a doubt in my mind that any other funeral service can possibly even come close to providing the personal service that they did.

Hopefully I will not need their services for a long time again, but without a doubt, I will use them again in the future.
