Provided by YP.comThe young man who calls his self the manager of the store is a liar. If the customer is given a delivery date then the merchandise should be deliver on the given date. I was given the run around and excuses of why the deliver was not on time. Then I ask for a refund of my money for the delivery that did not happen and he refused. If a store does not go above and beyond for your business please walk away.
I'm sorry to hear about this experience you encounter. In our defense the delivery workers could encounter some inconveniences that where not expected, but by no way do we excuse what happen and we will appreciate if you could please reach out to us to informed us how we can fix the experience you encounter. Because we believe as you that we must go above and beyond for our customers.

Provided by YP.comStay far away from these liars. They never update you. You always need to chase them for general information. They claim they are extremely busy all the time. When you go into their store its always empty. Alex thinks he is superman and wants to correct the mistakes that Chris made. Its such a mess and incredibly unprofessional. If you dont want your blood pressure to rise I would suggest staying away from this place

Provided by YP.comIt doesn't even deserve one star. Please stay away from this furniture store. I totally agree with Terence. The owner/manager is a con-artist. Worst customer service ever. The sales boy was sweet but that was just to get you to buy. Once your on the phone with them because of a mistake they made they treat you like garbage. They have no manners and they want to turn words around acting like you're dis-respecting them. Bought a $900 mattress that was seen at store was told next day delivery. Next day no delivery following day waited all day when delivery arrived it was totally the wrong mattress defiantly not a $900 mattress. Thank God we noticed sent it right back. Other than being wrong cheap chap mattress they were trying to deliver they were missing the box spring. Like are you serious. So on phone with sales rep while deliver men was there all I got my apology we will deliver correct mattress complete tomorrow. Once .they left I called and spoke to owner/manager who was so gross all he did was yell. I was an upset customer who just wanted to cancel complete order and he kept arguing with me that the solution was to receive deliver next day. No way no thanks. So WARNING do not trust them and Just don't deal with them.

Provided by YP.comSalesman or owner in the store is very rude and disrespectful . In my opinion you should spend your money somewhere else.Low quality furniture,terrible customer service.
I'm sorry for what this person said but in our defense we are not rude or direspectful to any customer. We believe in customer service an helping every customer fairly and in a professional manner. After all there would be no busniess without customers an we value all customers.If you have any problems feel free to contact the store
