I called at seven pm for a problem with my furnace not even working. The owner came immediately and worked to fix my problem. He was quick and knew what he was doing. While he was here he did not mind interacting with my children who talked to him the entire time! Very impressed with this company! I would highly recommend them.

We Hired Ross to install a new Air Temp 90,000 BTU furnace back in August Of 2013. The furnace worked great that first winter. Last year it started acting up. I called for service and he suggested for me to try a minor repair myself. In which didn't fix the problem. I dealt with the problem till the end of season. I called ross again about a month ago to receive service. He informed me the following Wednesday he would be there. He failed to show or call. I assumed he was busy and waited 2 weeks to call back. He then informed me again someone would be there to service my furnace on the following Wednesday. Again i received no call or no show. I called him Monday and asked him what happened? He informed me he had alot of emergency calls. I said ok and he told me tommorrow at 800 he would be there. It's now Wednesday again and my furnace that he installed is still not serviced. I will not be calling him to cancel this service call. When he arrives if he arrives I will be glad to tell him to his face that I hope his business goes down the DRAIN.

This heating and cooling company is a JOKE!! They kept telling my elderly grandparents that someone was coming in fact no one showed up for 3 days. He make the call on what is an emergency or not. So he let 90 year old people wait for heat. How dare he. I will make it my personal desire to make sure everyone knows not to call this company i wish i could give -5 stars. Call J&M heating and cooling. Much better service, he aims to please.

If I could give zero stars, I would. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He did help fix the furnace and put in a bid on replacing. We went with another company because he didn't specify what and how he would do the job. We called him to replace a hot water tank after that--he whined about not getting the bid for the furnace. He put in the hot water tank, did not remove an extra line that was on for a humidifier in the past and it leaked all over the basement. He refused to remove the old tank because it could not be drained into the floor--they'd have to drain it by hand. After repeated calls over 7 months, he still hasn't removed the tank as he said he would and does not return calls. GET SOMEBODY ELSE!!! Don't use this crook.

We had very similar experience as other review! He charged us for "fixing" our problem when in fact he made it worse and we almost lost our heater bc of it. Had to get another company to come and fix it. Very unprofessional. I am only giving one star bc you have to.

This place was terrible. My realtor set up this company to fix my furnace and air conditioning. Not only did he double his price from the original quote without any notification or go ahead from myself or my realtor...he didn't fix it in the first place. I had to have another heating and air conditioning company come out and fix what he supposedly fixed at the same time charging me more than 8 times what the other company did. I've never worked with a contractor that chooses to double their price without agreement from the customer and to not even complete the work correctly I'm not sure how they stay in business.

What a nightmare! Very rude and sloppy. They dug up my yard and cut every line that was there. The gas line, the electric line and the cable line. I had to call to have the lines repaired and then they were mad that they had to pay the cost.
