You know moving is stressful enough without having these bozo's making it more stressful. Didn't show up in the alloted time and seemed a bit resentful to have to move someone on such a hot day. There are plenty of other good movers out there - how did I get stuck with them. Never again.

I set up my move time 2 weeks in advance of my move I got the date I wanted at a time between 12 and 2 - perfect. I wanted to make sure I had everything lined up for my move as I wanted to be as stress free as possible. 2 days later I get a phone call asking me to change my date from Friday to Saturday - no everything was set for Friday. They call me again a week later and TOLD me that I was moved between 3 and 5 - no that is not accaptable. I was in traffic and returned his phone call when I arrived at work. Asked him why I was moved and was told it was non of my business. Asked him if a better offer came along and was that why I was moved. He quickly told me that they were now not going to move me and hung up on me. I tried to do everything right - thus setting up my move 2 weeks in advanced but was bumped because I feel a better offer came along as they tried to bump me to Saturday the previous week. I was VERY upsetting to have a moving company drop me 4 days before my move. Thankfully I called Rock in Clearwater and they were very happy to have my business.
