Horrible customer service. A good selection of items but I'd rather not spend my money where the staff treats me like I'm stupid or poor and they can't believe I'd have the nerve to walk in. I've never felt so belittled in my life. Just because I'm a college student doesn't mean I don't have money to spend, and just because I'd like to look at boots in general without specific brands or types in mind does not mean I'm dumb. Sorry to have wasted your precious five minutes while you talked down to me about "browsing." I assure you it will not happen again as I will never even look in your direction when I'm in need of any western wear or equipment.
