I could not recommend them more. I have used Jones for septic system installs many times and they have always delivered professionally and on time. By far the best value in the area.

Recently bought a house that Jones Excavating had installed septic system in 2005 and repaired in 2008 but previous owner still had issues. When I tried contacting them via phone and facebook, I received no response (6 times) so I had to hire someone else. When they dug up the piping into the tanks, it was disastrous. No glue was used, rocks were being used to try and force the pitch thus pipes had cracks in them and rather than use 1 long pipe, they used many small ones with again, no glue just forced together thus causing clogs at these joints. Total mess. The previous owner would have been in her 70's when this was done and she was totally taken advantage of. No wonder why they never call back. Consumers, beware. I have pics of the mess.
