We found Modern Redeveloper Home Buyers online. A lot of sites come up when you do a search but these guys had a lot of useful information and look like a legit business in Massachusetts. They have a whole page on how they calculate the offer they would give me to sell my house. That gave me a lot of confidence that they were straight shooters! When Rob came to check out my house he was very personable and there was no pressure at all. I liked that a lot. Everyone wore masks and kept distant the whole time - really thorough and easy to work with. Glad I found them!
