They sold me a car with no warranty but verbally guaranteed me the car had just had repairs to fix an oil leak and they would stand behind the repairs. (the engine bay was an oily mess.) Shortly thereafter, the temporary plate that they stuck in the window was about to expire so I found out they had my actual plate sitting on a desk at Butterfield's. I had to call every day for weeks to get them to mail my plate to me. Before I even got my plate the car broke down leaving me stranded. Carey Butterfield assured me that he would help me out but couldn't do anything for me right away. After getting my car home, missing two days of work, and spending 600$ just in parts, I re-repaired the work that they did. After that, Carey ghosted me. I've called several times and he never seems to be around, and never returns phone calls. Horrible customer service and the shop smelled like a skunk died inside. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Misleading and Fraudulent!!!!! Purchased a vehicle with extended warranty. I give it to them the car looked emaculant. Carfax they showed seemed to check out no issues listed. Within 30 days of dealers warranty there were issues they claim to check and repair. They claim there were no other issues, but the following month got the vehicle check to go out of town. Learn the vehicle had major electrical issues and etc., that they not disclose and it did not occurred within the short time of having it. To add insult to injury the extended warranty didn't cover issues and dealer has been avoiding calls and fails to return calls. Vehicle is not safe to drive, contacted the manufacturer. The manufacturer said their limited to a solution because the dealer fail to have the vehicle certified. I feel we were bamboozled the issues existed prior to our purchase, they consealed and bandaid the issues. Theses cars are not certified, they are not accredited by the BBB, and they customer service sucks. It hasn't been 2 months and I have to pay almost 2 grand to get it safe to drive. DONT TRUST BUTTERFIELD NOR THEIR CARFAX!!!! THEIR MISLEADING and all though the vehicles looks nice they are DECEIVING YOU. GO TO A DEALER THAT CAN ASSURE YOU ON YOUR BIG INVESTMENT.

All their cars have major problems, just the appearance looks good. They're not wiling to fix them either. Then if you ask them to fix the problems they'll give you attitude about a car that you're gonna be stuck with until it's paid off.
