I took my cat here and was disappointed when I left. My cat was scraggly looking and I already can't wait for his hair to grow back. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. My poor cat had to go through pain, I'm sure, with the amount of fur taken off by brushing alone. His tail, one big beautiful and bushy is skinny and scraggly and bare. I'll go elsewhere next time.

I had two small dogs that were very much in need of grooming. When I walked in the shop is was dingy and smelled like ciggarett smoke. I should have walked out then but was afraid of looking rude. They charge me $65.00 for one shave down and one trim, no complaints there. But when I got the pomeranian back I had to hand it back to her three times because she didn't do the trim, then the trim was uneven, then there was two very obvious long clumps of hair still sticking out of her belly and neck. When she handed her back to me for the 4th time I just shook my head and gave up. The other small dog was shaved but was left when a very apparent crooked beard, she trim it again at my request and it still looked horrible, so I asked her to shave it all of since t was obvious there was no fixing it. I was very dissappointed in this service and neither groomer acted as if there was anything to apologise for. Did I pay them, yes I did, did I tip, yes I did. I felt like I was being difficult by sending my dogs back so many times but when I got home and my family started pointing out all the flaws on my dogs I felt like going back and retrieving the tip and payment. I will never return to this shop or recommend it to anyone.

Very nice friendly and clean establishment. Good cut at reasonable rates.
