The techs are all great. The office staff is amazing! The sales department are most definetly friendly. I see why they have been in business for 29 yrs. And Bob the operation mgr handles business very quickly and always does a wonderful job

Been very Happy with their service, I hope to continue their service for many more years. Mark has been a lot of help and he is nice.

Just received a phone call regarding our lawn care, at one of our former addresses. We have not lived in that house for seven years. If their records are that out of date & they do not update their files, how can they be trusted with your lawn service. I would be concerned that they would be applying weed killers or other chemicals that ate not necessary.

I would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere if you are looking for a lawn care service! I used them last year and was dissatisfied with there level of service and their lack of concern with my lawn. I just got home from being out of town for a week only to find a bill in my door stating that an application had been applied to my lawn. Great - right? NO! I had just put down an application just 6 days ago! I called the office only to have them tell me that a letter had been sent to me over the winter asking me to respond and let them know if I wanted service again this year. News flash, I didn't send it back BECAUSE I didn't want them to return and guess what? They came back anyway! Talked to Beth and she tells me that service continues if I don't cancel. What's the purpose of the off season letter if your not going to use it! The least they could have done was call me and ask me if I would like continuing service INSTEAD I'm told that 2 applications would not hurt due to the amount of rain we have had this week! NO APOLOGY! NO, I CAN SEE WHAT I CAN DO! When I asked if this bill could be removed-the answer is no. I would not even consider using this business based on their ethics! The only reason I give the business a star is because I couldn't finalize my comment without giving the business a rating.
