I am disabled and need transportation to take me to medical appointments. I've never had an issue or problem with Custom transport. Their vehicles are always clean and the drivers have always been kind and courteous and very professionally.

I can't depend on this transport company they made me late for dialysis and because they made me late I had to reschedule my appointment for 2 days later and my life depends on transportation they could have landed me in the hospital by not getting my dialysis

Custom cab is the best around they are very good to my mom, they treat her with respect and will wait for her as long as they need to. Holt is another story, missed her dialysis appt because they were not going to get paid ahead of time. Their Pathetic! Custom Cab is Great!!

This company is very unprofessional. Late, rude owners. Terry you're out of your mind. This place sucks!

Custom Cab is the best NEMT providers in Saginaw. They are friendly and customer oriented. All the drivers are nice esp. Steve and Herb. Holt is the worst in Saginaw. They have unfriendly drivers and long waits to be picked up. You can flag Holt and your insurance provides a transport company you want with within a 2 day window. Thanks Nick����

I called Custom Cab this afternoon to request a ride from my residence to FSM a few miles away and back. Nick, told me that he couldn't do that and before I could get the reason why, he hung up on me. I tried to call back and schedule a time that would work, but he sent it straight to voicemail. Nick is the reason Uber and Lyft are so popular.

The best experience I have had with a Cab company anywhere in the world. It's a family run business...and they are just the most helpful, wonderful, and caring people. Helped me out in a tough situation and I truly wish more companies were run like this one. THanks so much to them for everything.
