Worst duct cleaning experience ever! My experience left with me a very dirty house afterwards. And the vents are still dirty.

The vents weren't sealed before the cleaning, so the dust & dirt from the vents went flying all around the house. It's common practice to seal the vents in the house to create a good suction, and to keep the dust and dirt from getting into the house. The areas directly around the cold-air returns were just black from dust/dirt expelled during the cleaning.

The tarps were dirty with dried, caked-on mud on each side of the tarps, requiring considerable cleaning of the newly finished hardwood floors.

I contacted the owner, he asked to see the job. We set up the appt for the next day at 11am-1pm. I asked a call when on his way. After we had left the house, at 1:30pm, I received a call from one of the workers of the original crew as he was at the house. Not the owner as expected. Also no call letting me know they were on their way.

I think the man was rood and my carpet stayed wet for 2 days and they change the price on me after the work was done
