Worst dentist I have ever been to! I will not go back they nor will I recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy!!!! Dentist and staff friendly but while the hygienist was doing my X-rays she was called out of the room came back to finish taking them really ? Next she said you will be seeing Dr Sam today! Well he was friendly introduced himself but he asked me health questions found out I have gum disease I told him I could not afford that treatment he said there are options out there and that although I have really really good dental insurance it doesn’t cover deep cleaning he explains the options and looked at my teeth said no cavities but he would not do my general cleaning said won’t treat the problem ????? No my teeth were not cleaned ! My previous dentist told me that my regular check ups and cleanings were just as important as a deep cleaning and that they would just monitor the gum disease! So dissatisfied with this office! Not to mention he left his mask on the entire time he was talking to me and seemed like when he found out about the gum disease I felt like he was treating me like I was a disease! So only X-rays no cleaning guess that office doesn’t want to keep their patients teeth healthy! 😱😱😱😱😳😳😳👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

This place is unprofessional, all the way from their procedures , to their staff that lack people skills & make appointments that you have to wait for 2 hours before you get in. There is not one positive thing I can say about this place. It is a shame the state of MI. spends our tax money on sub-contractors like Dental Dreams. They should be black balled from operating in this state.

I hope you have a lot of time to waste, that's what you all do here. I once waited 3 hours with to small children. why even make an appt not to mention the days I walked out they still charge my insurance. worst place ever

This place sucks. My appointment was at noon at one I asked how much longer cuz I had to be done by three so I could meet my daughter's bus. I was told I'd be next... fifteen people later I got called back. Another half hour to get my xrays done then after the dentist said he'd be right back, another half hour decided to leave when I realized they were having a birthday party instead of pulling my tooth with the exposed nerve.

Went in today for my first visit. First things first, they have a TV in the waiting room which had the volume so loud, nobody could hear their name being called. I waited more than a hour for my appointment. They set it up for 3:30, but when they called my husband answered and they told him 3. So i went before 3 just in case. I sat and sat and finally got into the back shortly before 4. It took a lot of awkward silence and random people walking in and out to start my X-rays.



After X-rays 2 assistants came in to look, didnt say much, and walked out. The dentist FINALLY arrived, we discussed my teeth, someone fetched the dentist and she disappeared for 20 minutes. When she finally did return, she finished discussing the plan for my teeth, and then randomly asked if i was pregnant. Why yes, I am. You should see that sheet i filled out in my chart where i wrote CURRENTLY PREGNANT very large at the top.



She cancelled the entire appointment, said this happened once already before me today and that i need approval from my OB before i can get services and apologized for the tech taking xrays. REALLY? I have to go back because I cannot find anywhere else that takes my insurance. Wish i didn't have to.

my visits to the saginaw office has been a nightmare. i had impressions done was told they would be ready in two weeks, two MONTHS later after daily calls i was finally told they lost the impressions. came back in and had them done again then two weeks later still no response from them on when my next fitting would be to finally get my dentures. the staff are rude and incompetent. offer no help to solve any problems you may have. when asked to speak with a manager i was told she was only there three days a week left my number and still no call back till i called several times in one day. i would not send my worst enemy there.
