I feel that it is absolutely ridiculous that case workers will not take phone calls. At the very least phone call appointments should be set up. For people that don't work, wonderful. But for those of us that work and contribute to society as well as the paychecks of those who work there via our taxes..........we shouldn't have to miss work to go there in person repeatedly.
