I contacted this company after receiving a mail solicitation for Exede Internet. After contacting them for installation and service I was very pleased. Great advice on service and simple explanation. Installation was fast and albeit the installers needed a bit of guidance they got the job done. They upcharged me for it a small amount which I didn't care about as I thought of it as a bonus tip for quick service.



Problem is they did not leave my signed contract. They did not give me the account number so I can set up an online account to track my billing. After two calls to both Exede and Future Vision Cable I still don't have either the contract or the account #. No way to track my account or payments.



Promises to call back have meet with empty promises for more than a month.



Exede Service is very good and I am pleased with that so far. When it comes to contacting them for follow up and upgrading service you might as well be talking to the wall!!!

This company will call you up and offer you the moon to get you to sign up. They show up and if you've change your mind they offer you an even better deal. The deal gets so good you can't pass it up, and then you get the bill. Everything they promised you for $19.95 is a lie. They will promise you 100 channels for $19.95 for 18 months to get you to sign the contract only to find out afterwards that they were lying. But now you're hooked into a contract for 18 months that you can't break without it costs and you a large sum of money for the installation, equipment and turn on fee. And if you do get your bill down it won't be $19.95, because Dish Networks lowest Price is $19.99 and then you find out that you still he owe .60 cents in taxes that they don't tell you about. After three months of haggling with Future Vision Cable and Dish Network you will get your bill down to $20.29 but there's no insurance or warranty on the equipment and come 2009 you will not be able to get your local channels without paying them another 5 bucks per month. So what you really end up paying it is $26.49 including the tax starting in January 2009 until the end of your contract.
