We love our new carpet. Chris does a great job. Would highly recommend. We will be having him back to do a few more rooms.

chris put a vinyl floor in my bathroom and also did the base board and he did a super job, couldn't be happier with the way it looks now, and he was a very personable guy.

Chris pulled out all the old carpet and installed wood floors in the living room and dining room. Its looks great!

Chris did a great job on my kitchen back splash. very reasonable and it looks great! i plan on hiring him again to do my bathroom tile in a couple of months because of the great work he does! definitely recommend this business to any of my family and friends.

Awesome job! I needed carpet installed quick before the holidays and he came over the next day to measure and had it done in just a few hours.

Hidden Hallow carpeted 2 bedrooms for me and tiled my kitchen. Everything looks amazing!!! Chris was very nice and went out of his way when helping me decide what materials i wanted. I have no complaints at all. He was in and out in 2 days and my floors look perfect!

I would refer Chris Letz to anyone. He did the tile in my kitchen an it turned out beautifully! He finished in a timely manner an he exceeded all expectations. I was truly impressed with Mr. Letz professionalism. I recently destroyed my basement in hopes to renting it out. After creating a mess i was forced to call around to floor companies and get estimates on installing my wood floors, covering 3700 sq, ft. Mr. Letz was extremely nice and understanding. He respectively explained to me every step along the way and answered all my questions. He finished the job with respect, timely manor and was affordable. i I have rented the space out and always get complements on the flooring. I purchased a home recently and needed new flooring in my kitchen & entryway. Hidden Hollow was recommended by a friend, and im glad i contacted him. His price was in my budget, he completed the job on time, and also educated me on how to take care of my new wood flooring so that it would last me a long time. I really appreciated that and have sent friends and even a few local businesses to him. A+++++

I contacted Mr. Lets about a month ago to do some carpet work for my Mancave in the basement. Not only did he give me the fairest price possible he wrapped the job up a day early. I was so impressed I recommended him to my grandmother whom he laid new linoleum for in her kitchen and her landing stairs all the way down to the basement. She was very impressed. Not only did he do a quality job at a fair price, he is very knowledgeable of the products he endorses and uses. Any future flooring needs I may come across I will call Hidden Hollow again and recommend them to anyone who may have flooring needs.

I contracted with Chris Letz of Hidden Hollow for installation of carpeting. He did 1/2 the job and he wanted payment he said he would come back with glue the following week to finish the job- my wife paid him the full amount . I've called him 6 times over 3 weeks and he does not return my calls. Do not use him he is not honest or trustworthy!
