Tried to adopt puppy, went to look at after emailing them and getting a response. Puppy already adopted and not at location on web site and no phone number

No longer take in animals nor do they give spay / neuter certificates but still take donates!! For what?!?!? Carl H. Werth Jr. and Sandra Werth posthumously donated $250,000 to the Humane Society of Saginaw. Wonder what they plan on doing with it since they no longer take in animals or give spay / neuter certificates?!?!? Maybe the ladies there will pay themselves a nice bonus?!?!?
