I'm aftaid to ask what the substance passing for cheese in the omelette actually is. Some kind of synthetic slime, I'm sure. Pancakes were ok but there are too few selections of just pancakes. Service was fair, no offers of coffee refills. Disappointing compared to other IHOPS.
