Took my 07 Equinox in to have suspension checked out for rattles and noise when hitting bumps. They said would take about 45 minutes. Hour and a half later they came to me and could not find anything. I asked them about the shocks and they said had not checked that yet. Told them I could not wait any longer. Charged me $145.00 for absolutely nothing. Never going back.

It's a known sales tactic to leave the customer sitting while "talking to the manager" for an hour... they try to drag out the process so you'll just be ready to sign the papers. I got up and left after 20 minutes!

I would not refer anyone! very pushy for sales and nice until the point you sign your papers for "new car" your on your own after that. I left thinking i was in a 2011 reliable car until 2 weeks after it started raining and i was sliding off the road. The tires were bald to the point I could not buy no time with them had to be replaced right away! They refused to even look at tires and told me they were not bald. When clearly i seen for my self they were. if i would have mentioned this before signing papers it would have been replaced, but now the car is already mine there was nothing they could do about tires!!

The staff treated me like I couldn't afford my new car. I did get my new car - somewhere else.
