Requested and paid for an oil change and tire rotation. I drove all the way home when I noticed that they did not rotate the tires. I had to drive all the way back there, and wasted time out of my day for their mistake.First they said that they did it, then when told that the tires were marked, they said they forgot. Who knows if they even changed the oil? SMH

I LOVE THIS STORE. I came to this store a little over a month ago. I had hit a pothole blew 2 tires and busted 2 rims. I had my 2011 Chevy Malibu towed here. I dealt with Tim and let me tell you he was AWESOME. I had called and he said before he makes any repairs he will call me to make sure I was okay with the repairs. He got me 2 rims and 2 tires for way under thousand. He saved me so much money. He called me periodically to keep me up to date on the repairs. He had to order my rims so that took time. I even called and asked him to take pictures of my tires and rims he did it with no problem. KAN ROCK "ROCKS". I will ALWAYS use them. And ladies let me tell you he could have taken advantage of me as I handled all the issues and he didn't. He treated me with respect and did not take advantage of me being a women. As a woman I highly recommend this company and this particular location in Saginaw, MI. THANKS KAN ROCK
