I had a great experience with my needs being met. Angela was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to assist me in my policy. I actually saved $300.00 when reviewing my policy. After a busy day at my job it was good to be treated with respect. I would recommend this agency and have to my friends.

These people were just rude. when they answered the phone they said "preferred insurance hello" in a irritated tone. then i proceeded to as if they do home owners and flood insurance, they said they would not without me having them for my auto insurance. so they asked if i would like to run a quote with them for auto, home, and flood. and I said no thank you I did shopping when I had chosen my auto insurance and My auto insurance company had unfortunately beat their rates. the person on the phone proceeded to say in a very mean tone "well then why don;t you go somewhere else" and just hung up.
