Provided by YP.comI have not had supplies from this company since April 2016. Due to being enrolled in Medicare, a new prescription is required as of June 1. I was told that Pro Air would send out a request for a new prescription. I have just hung up from my 3rd call to Pro Air regarding this issue. Again I am told they will send a prescription request. My doctor has received no requests at all. This company may want to reevaluate their mission statement, as they do not provide the service they claim to. Even when I was getting supplies, it was very sporadic and they don't seem to care.
