I have personally used Redmond's five times (I believe) to rent their 15 passenger vans. We take a group of people across the country for a week, and we have used Redmond's every time. The vans are always squeaky clean and detailed. Never experienced even a hint of mechanical issues. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. My company uses them for all of our needs, and we will continue to. This is exactly the kind of neighborhood shop you want to give your business to. Also, the office is always nice and clean, and cool inside.

AHHH...the saga of getting a stereo from them, SCOTT being salesmen, for my motorcycle. Giving you the true story and happy ending.
First install was just ok as far as sound, took out what I had for ipod only and installed a CLARION radio. Sound wasn't close to what I had but in parking lot sounded decent. Left and when riding above 40mph sound/volume was terrible. Called and returned for make over. Again, plus more money, better in parking lot and up to 60mph. 6 months later the CLARION took a puke. Returned and they replaced and also some changes to hopefully be better at highway speeds, NOT, wife even told me turn off, knew the song playing but not clear. 7 months later again CLARION radio pukes. Now comes the real BS....SCOTT tells me CLARION won't warranty a second time..AND they no longer carried them! Kick in nuts and to add insult to injury offered a new radio for $530!!!
So here's what I did. Went to a REAL PROFESSIONAL, SPORK CUSTOMS in Saranac, MI. Upon taking fairing off he and helper had good laugh at the wiring, showed me 4 places that they were surprised hadn't shorted and started a fire. Inner fairing broke and repaired
Installed JVC radio, Massive BLX44M AMP and db Drive Moto 6.5 speakers...all marine. As promised...clear as bell at 115mph...yes I tested. ALL done right $850. Had OVER $1000 invested at Redmonds!
There's the happy ending....never to return to amateurs...your welcome.

My daughter's is a student at SVSU. Her car wouldn't start so we had it towed to Redmond's. They repaired car quickly and at very reasonable price.
