$182 I was shocked but I paid it. I grabbed a price sheet from their counter and went home.



After looking at the price list I noticed a HUGE discrepancy. For ombre and color I should have paid around $100. I called and spoke with the CO-OWNER about this.

She rudely told me that it was a color correction and thats what they charged for ($50/hr) because I supposedly told them I had box dye in my hair. I HAVENT HAD BOX DYE IN MY HAIR FOR 12 YEARS.I nicely stated several times that I have no problem paying for the actual services I had but that I was over charged. I even told her that the stylist was really nice and I wasnt trying to get anyone in trouble. The CO OWNER put me on speaker phone where someone in the back ground was running their mouth after everything I said. They told me tough luck, its our policy and that Im lying about the color correction part.I am completely dumbfounded by how an owner of a business just treated me.
