Terrible customer service. They did not follow the guidelines of towing a front wheel drive vehicle. My car was towed with the drive wheels (front wheels) on the ground and it ruined my transmission. In my owners manual it says not to tow the vehicle this way because it causes transmission damage. I own a Ford Focus, the Ford dealership informed me, as well, that this improper towing will cause transmission damage. I had my car looked at by a transmission mechanic at All American Ford, he confirmed that the towing caused the damage. The guys at Rose Towing argued with me, telling me that all the proof I had against them was incorrect. They refused to take responsibility for the damage. I will be hiring a lawyer.
