I have never been so disappointed in a business and there customer service till this day I have not been helped. paid a lot of money for brand new tires from them, valve stem starting leaking due to impoper placement- went in got fixed, on my way to Detroit Michigan 2 more started leaking he did not bother to even look at the other tires knowing one had a valve leak, had to stop in Detroit and stay in a hotel at 1am when we got off the plane due to my car being undrivable! called Sears Detroit and hoping they can help me and this situation called Sears Saginaw mi to possible call them and let them know there will be no charge just like last week when I came in and was told to come back in by Saginaw Sears to get fixed again at no charge l- Dom has stated "that is up to the manager to fix that" unbelievable and stated they ARE NOT related to the one in Detroit what's so ever- I have complained about him once is unable to even bother to help me and this situation he is the one who put and fix the one tire all with an attitude we have contacted the corporate office and nothing has been done they have not solved my problem just asked if that was what really happen, we now will take this further and contact someone even higher. nothing but troubles and wasted time and they seem to not even care.

Never go here!!!! Total rip off. Prices are higher than competitors, and obviously the competitors train their employees. I took my vehicle in to Sears to have a flat tire fixed. They also rotated the tires. I drove less than 5 miles and the center cap fell off of my wheel, hit my car and dented it and the tire went flat again. I returned to the store and the manager told me the technician should have done a better job putting the tire back on. Really? Isnt this what they do all day every day?? The manager said he would find a replacement and would call me in a couple days. A week goes by and I didnt hear anything from the manager. I left several messages for him but no return call. Finally, another guy from Sears calls and says how he has been in the auto business for years and can find a center cap for me. Turns out, that center cap is impossible to find. He offers to refund what I paid (gee, thanks). Never heard from him again either. So, I take my car to another place and they fix the tire. Apparently Sears NEVER even tried to fix my flat!! I ended up having to buy all new wheels because I could not find a center cap. In all, going to Sears cost me over $600 to do what their competitors charge $19 for!!
