We have been with Skyweb for several years and I hope they update their service soon. The internet is slow although there is no other alternative in our area. They try to improve the service when we call with problems. Thank you Skyweb!

If you can find another internet provider do so. Never can get ahold of any one. Tech support is never available. Paying for 8 mbps and getting 0.02 mbps. Latency is in the thousands all of the time. Plus there web site used to tell you what kind of service you could get now it depends on your location to a tower. I live right next to one of their towers and the service still sucks. At least with dial up internet you know what your getting. But with skyweb..... It could work for 15mins and then be out for the next month.

I paid money for three days of internet. The internet was never delivered as stated in advertistment. Would give negative starts if possible.

I enjoy sky web internet service because they get problem fixed as soon as possible. My service is quick enough for what I need. Thank you, Cathy Feighner.
