Ask for Claude, especially if you are looking for a great deal. I have spent thousands at Toy's R' US and have never that impressed with thier service... Untill I met Claude he answered about 1000 questions from me during an extremely busy day. he never got annoyed and owned both the PS3 and X-Box 360 so he could honestly give his opinion and advice. I was just going to price shop but after his advice I ended up spending $800.



Claude I'm not sure if anyone will ever see this but, I hope they do!! Toy's R US has a GREAT employee in you and if it was my business ( and I have my own business ) you would already be promoted to Manager or Regional Manager depending on my openings!!!
