MY name is Nicholas George. I have 13 years of experience sharpening in a very high volume business. I have routinely sharpened over ONE hundred blades a DAY with precision and skill. MY sharpening is always done by hand and with care. I will NOW BE in business for myself sharpening on MY grandfather Oliver George's unique wheel. MY Family uses this special wheel measurement honed perfectly and I USE very fine 1500 diamond dust to charge it and sharpen your blades. This brilliant design and diamond dust sharpening keep your blades sharper for longer and take the least life from your blades with each sharpening. In MY Family there are currently Four sharpeners running businesses using MY Grandfather's wheel design.
