Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

It seems this place can never get an order 100% right. Ask for a sweet tea, get an unsweet tea. Ask for a diet drink, get a regular drink. Customer service at the window is atrocious - the guy today acted stoned, had no idea what my order was and had an overall bad attitude. I'll never eat here again.

The location #1063 in Saginaw has only been open a few months and we can tell each time we go that it is improving. In the beginning all new folks and seemed a problem to customize an order. Not so now, wonderfully clean, respectful, and very eager to get it right. Friendly and fast. I appreciate clean, clean, clean dining room. Also, charitable, appreciated the fund raiser for the Tarrant Area Food Bank last wk.

I like the friendliness of employees. Been here couple of times, just don't go there when the manager named "Kat" is there.
