Hello,

I began a treatment to have my underbite / overbite corrected in late 2015. Dr Dutton from Coppermine Dental was very thorough with providing all of my options. My upper teeth were worn down. I opted for Invisalign to begin treatment instead of traditional metal braces. Great decision btw. Once my teeth were corrected I opted for lumineer Veneers. I didn't know what to expect. I was very pleased with the simple process. Confidence in my smile is at a all time high thanks to Dr. Dutton and his amazing staff.

My family and I have been going to this dental office for several years. By far, it is one of the best ever. I always experience excellent care and any concerns we had were addressed professionally and promptly. It is a small busy office and they do ask, as a courtesy, if you are not being treated, to wait in the waiting room for your safety and other patients privacy. Im always informed at the end of my kids appointment and any thing found is fully explained by the doctors. Pricing was reasonable for my sons braces and our co-pays for filings and other procedures were as dictated by our insurance company. The dentists and staff are always friendly, compassionate, professional and the office is clean, comfortable, modern and -- most importantly, the equipment is new and not from the 80's. I would recommend this office to anyone.

My bad experience started as soon as I walked in the door. I was not greeted by the receptionist she was on the phone and didn't even look at me. I then had to wait till she was off the phone so I can tell her my child had a appointment and had never been there. She handed me paperwork, as I was filling it out they called my child back I got up to go back as well they then stopped me and told me I had to wait in the waiting room. I sat there for about 45 minutes without knowing what was going on with my child. Then I was called back by the Dentist to a room, still with out my child! He went over a bunch of work that needed to be done for my child, as he was talking I couldn't help but notice his teeth and mouth and how slimy yes slimy it looked. He had a bunch of white stuff on his tongue and corner of his lips. I couldnt help but to think if his mouth looks this dirty and he is the dentist, did they really clean my child's teeth right?! I will not be returning here, I am really disappointed.

I love this office. It is beautiful, clean and state of the art. The employees are all very kind. They made it fun for my kids with TV on the ceilings and a treasure chest of toys after their appointment. The best part for our boys was that the xrays were very easy and comfortable. It is very convenient because it is just minutes from my home. Our family is very happy with the office and the dentists.

DO NOT use this Dentist!!! He gave me a shot and numbed half of my face for a week and tried to tell me that was "normal" when I told him that he did it. Then he charged me for an entire procedure up-front, and billed my insurance company and extra $1,000 and charged me another $100 AFTER the work was complete. Then threatened to send it to collections when HE IS THE CROOK!!! Unfortunately he is the only Dentist in Rancho Sahuarita, but he is not worth it!! Travel elsewhere!!
