This company totally sucks!! I have had the same issue for last few years they over bill and when I call and pay for a delivery they take days to come and then I run out and they charge me more fees. I hate that I rent and I have no choice but to deal with them!! I hate the Saint Albans office!!

I am being billed for someone else's delivery. Mistakes happen the delivery truck forgot to change meter when he went to the next property, I do not know. How ever we made. It clear at the beginning of the season we are to call in, because we changed over to natural gas. Liberty snuck in a full tank in late March no ticket left on the door. We received a metered ticket in the mail for this delivery. We had not gotten over a 100 gallons at a time all season. I called them right away to pick the tank up. That's when we received a bill for the credit and a balance of over a thousand dollars for a delivery that we did not receive. Liberty did not want to listen to me that we were on will call, She said that there's no record, and that we owe it. Here's the deal this house has been with Liberty with us, since 2006, the previous owners 2 years, and so on. We have always paid in a timely manner, and we have never used almost 800 gallons of propane in one season. We heat with it, no matter how cold. History alone would clearly this mistake up. I also have written B&B since no one at Liberty can think outside of the box.

Completely agree with other review. Unethical, unorganized and ridiculous. My fuel assistance was applied to my business...pretty sure that's not legal. I couldn't get invoices for months and then when I did they wanted to charge me past due fees!! I ran out twice but they sent out a bulk mailing offering a $25 credit if they let you run out of fuel. WHAT?? If you run out of fuel your pipes could freeze!!!! $25???? What good is that???

If I could give negative stars I would! I have no problem with Amerigas, but the liberty propane location in saint albans is by far the worst example of customer aervxe known to man! They don't return phone calls, I have ran out of gas twice and have yet to receive a bill after 4 months and out payment plan paperwork STILL hasn't been entered into their system so their corporate office thinks we owe them over $500!! Stay away from this company at all costs! Just work with a differnt office! These people are morons!
