I bought a new house and needed the locks changed. I had a gift certificate from my realtor for $75.00 off. Not like they weren't going to get it. EVERY TIME I called, they told me to call back on a SPECIFIC day of the following week. EACH time I did that, I was told to call back AT A SPECIFIC time the next week AGAIN. After the 5th time, I just gave up. I don't have time for this kind of bolony.

Not sure why this listing, or ANY OF THE LOCKSMITHS in the Charleston WV area are listed as '24 hour or emergency residential service"...NONE of the businesses could help after hours. This was one of 12 we called the night I had an emergency and needed in my home. I had been staying out of town due to my dad's passing. I come home to realize my keys were lost, my cats locked inside without food and/or water, and there was no way in...which is an emergency. Called and either this one didn't answer, didn't have voice mail set up, or just plain didn't bother to return the call. Was recommended to this company by Camel Tech, after they said they couldn't help. Very disappointed with all of the '24 hour Emergency Residential' listings here in Charleston West Virginia, as all of their ads are all lies, not one was able to help after normal shop hours. I hope if have to you use one of these companies its during the day, not an emergency, and you have better luck than me...else your just out of luck, because none of these companies appear to care at all.
