I and wife have been here since March of 14 and and it is the only place that rents by the month. It is on the Busline the buses cost $1.00 plus 0.25 for fare zones, and 0.20 for transfers. it is 7.3 miles to downtown. It does have a laundry room on site which cost $1.50 to wash & dry.

YES I SAID IT WAS HOME FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS FOR ME AND MY BETTER HALF. THE MONEY WE WERE PAYING ON A WEEKLY BASIS WAS THE AMOUNT OF A HOUSE NOTE, SO THATS WHEN WE SAVED MONEY AND RENTED A HOUSE. THE OVERALL LOOK OF THE ROOM(S) ARE MUCH BETTER THAN LIVING AT THE JEFFERSON, ITS JUST smaller. and it cost 10 to 15 dollars more than the Jefferson. You do the math.

it is a okay place to stay but need to buy air fresher.
