I had some storm damage to my home last year. When i called MLK construction They were very friendly on the phone and go me in rather quickly. The crew members were very nice and respectful. They made sure I was pleased with the cleaning up of the job every day as well as the end of the project. Matt made sure I was comfortable with the process and handled all the insurance paperwork he could. They are also very affordable! If I ever need another project done MLK will be the first on my list.

A year later and still have leak from my chimney, Recent photos reveal the chimney cap put on a year ago did not cover the entire chimney, only half of the chimney. Multiple cracks and gap around vent pipe allows water in. I know "now" to have a photo taken "after" the work is completed. Very disappointing.

I had over 8 companies come out and measure my flat roof and give me an estimate. MLK Construction beat every other company by over $3,000. They were very fast to give me an estimate and even faster doing the work. They walked me through each process of the new roof, and provided me with pictures showing me the work. They where very professional, fair priced, and showed great concern for my property. I will tell any body needing a repair or a new roof to use MLK Construction.

Matt and his crew were very friendly and professional. The tuck pointing they did for me is of excellent quality. The price was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them for any outside work and will call on them when needed.

I've used MLK going on four times, since last summer. Matt, and his workers installed a beautifull new roof on my house. Then I had Matt come out, and do the tuckpointing around my entire house. He gave me a fair price, and worked with me to schedule it in sections due to my available finances. I appreciate the work that Matt, and his team of employees did. I plan on using them this Summer to give me new gutters.
