This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any type of hotel I am a recording artist and have toured and never in my life have I ever had this many problems with an extended stay hotel many of them are quite nice not this one The toilets backed up all the time not only that but we had pubes come up through the drain on top of that the tub continuously flooded will not ever stay here again plus the staff is super rude and the owner is nonexistent On top of that they will lie to you about this area it is not a nice area actually its the opposite of nice I have video on my phone of a crack head dancing around at 2:30 am we were told upon check in no illegal drugs but you know how that goes we complained they did nothing actually to think about it they did nothing about a lot of issues

Do not stay at this extended stay. They have a very bad problem with roaches, ants, and water bugs all year round. The apartments are very outdated. The neighbors are very disrespectful. Unless you threaten to call the police the front desk management does nothing. Almost everyday you can hear children playing in the halls, slamming doors, and causing loss of sleep and concentration. I've reported all of these problems,but to no avail has there been any change. I just regret having no other place to go with my family at this moment. I'm frustrated,angry, and wanting to seek resolve.
